What's up? My name is Davey Segal, and one way or another, you've stumbled upon my online portfolio! Thanks for checking it (and me) out. I'm based in the Washington D.C. area where I grew up and graduated in 2018 from Michigan State University with my bachelor's degree in journalism with a concentration in sports. I currently work as a multimedia journalist at NASCAR under the Home Tracks umbrella covering the K&N Pro Series, at NBC Sports Washington as a production assistant (I'm not saying I brought the Capitals, Nationals and Mystics luck, I'm just saying!) as well as Frontstretch as a multimedia journalist.
I've had a passion for sports storytelling and content creation for about as long as I can remember, and enjoy what I do each and every day in this industry...so I hope you enjoy perusing my website!
HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
Odds are you'll probably find me either in the gym sweating more than the person next to me, on the couch hanging out with friends quoting SpongeBob SquarePants and/or Drake & Josh to an impressively scary extent or in the kitchen eating some delicious un-kosher food (bacon is just too good to pass up).
